Abstract

Kualitas produk merupakan faktor penting dalam industri manufaktur karena berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan kualitas pada proses produksi popok bayi menggunakan pendekatan Seven Quality Tools. Data penelitian diperoleh dari proses produksi Mesin G selama periode Januari–Desember 2025 yang mencakup volume produksi, jumlah produk cacat, dan jenis cacat yang terjadi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan check sheet, histogram, scatter diagram, run chart, diagram Pareto, peta kendali proporsi (P-Chart), dan diagram sebab-akibat (fishbone). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total produksi mencapai 166.434.505 unit dengan jumlah cacat sebanyak 9.003 unit dan proporsi cacat rata-rata sebesar 0,00004160. Diagram Pareto menunjukkan bahwa cacat waist front and back tidak sejajar merupakan jenis cacat dominan dengan kontribusi sebesar 89,5% dari total kecacatan. Analisis scatter diagram menunjukkan hubungan yang lemah antara volume produksi dan jumlah cacat. Hasil P-Chart menunjukkan bahwa proses belum sepenuhnya berada dalam kondisi terkendali secara statistik karena terdapat dua titik pengamatan yang berada di luar batas kendali. Analisis fishbone mengindikasikan bahwa faktor manusia, mesin, metode, dan material berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya cacat dominan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Seven Quality Tools efektif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan kualitas dan mendukung penyusunan strategi perbaikan yang berkelanjutan.
