Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, an automotive spare parts manufacturing company, which faced problems related to the accuracy of production data due to delays in data reporting. This situation often caused material shortages or stockouts. The aim was to design a web-based information system that could monitor data directly, so that the information presented was always up to date, interactive, and accurate. The research used the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) method to design the information system, and system testing was conducted using the Black Box method. In the design process, tools and software such as XAMPP, VScode, SQL, JavaScript, PHP, and CSS were necessary. The research results can integrate real-time material inventory control with the designed information system, including the pages needed for inventory planning and control.
