Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is crucial for protecting workers from the risk of accidents in construction environments, including in Solar Power Plant (PLTS) projects that involve many high-risk work stages. One way to minimize accidents is through the application of the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method, which helps identify hazards, assess risks, and determine control measures before work begins. In practice, several risk assessment standards can be used, such as ISO 45001:2018 and AS/NZS 4360:2004, each of which has a different approach and parameters for assessing work risks. This study compared the two standards in a PLTS construction project at PT.X to determine the differences in the results of risk identification and assessment at each work stage. The results showed that ISO 45001:2018 tended to identify more risks in the high and very high categories, while AS/NZS 4360:2004 grouped more risks in the medium and high categories without extreme risks. This difference emphasizes the importance of selecting risk management standards that are appropriate to the project characteristics, so that work safety efforts can be carried out more effectively and the risk of accidents can be minimized.
