Evaluasi Pemasok dengan Metode Promethee (Studi Kasus di PT. X)

Kinerja pemasok berperan penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan rantai pasok perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan merangking pemasok di PT. X, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur elektronik, dengan menggunakan metode Promethee (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations). Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap sepuluh pemasok yang terdiri dari lima pemasok komoditas kabel dan lima pemasok komoditas body panel, dengan lima dimensi kriteria utama, yaitu biaya (Cost), kualitas (Quality), pengiriman (Delivery), fleksibilitas (Flexibility), dan risiko (Risk). Bobot kriteria diperoleh melalui metode BWM (Best Worst Method) yang melibatkan tiga pakar pengadaan di PT. X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk komoditas kabel, pemasok K4 menempati peringkat pertama dengan nilai net flow tertinggi, diikuti oleh K3, K5, K2, dan K1. Untuk komoditas panel, pemasok P4 menempati peringkat pertama, diikuti oleh P3, P1, P5, dan P2. Perangkingan ini didasarkan pada perhitungan leaving flow (Φ+), entering flow (Φ−), dan net flow (Φ). Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan untuk memprioritaskan pemasok terbaik serta mengintegrasikan teknologi dan hubungan kolaboratif guna meningkatkan efektivitas evaluasi pemasok secara berkelanjutan.
