Penerapan Preemptive Goal Programming untuk Pemilihan Produk Smartphone pada Marketplace E-Commerce Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji perilaku model preemptive goal programming ketika aspiration level-nya diturunkan dari kumpulan kandidat itu sendiri. Kasus ujinya adalah persoalan pengadaan yang konkret: memilih 20 produk smartphone dari daftar penawaran pada sebuah marketplace e-commerce konsumen-ke-konsumen besar di Indonesia, dengan menyeimbangkan harga, rating, dan units sold. Sebanyak 230 daftar penawaran dikumpulkan melalui web scraping dan disaring menjadi 162 produk bersih dari enam merek. Model diselesaikan secara lexicographic sebagai binary integer program, kemudian diperiksa melalui sensitivity analysis 231 skenario, pembanding weighted sum model (WSM) pada lima skema bobot, serta uji Pareto dominance. Ketiga goal tercapai dengan deviasi nol, dan solusinya tetap stabil hingga target harga dipangkas lebih dari 61,5%. Goal rating terbukti tidak mengikat karena rating terkompresi pada batas atas skala, dan portofolio WSM hanya beririsan paling banyak 1 dari 20 produk dengan portofolio goal programming pada skema bobot mana pun. Temuan utamanya, portofolio yang dilaporkan bersifat degenerate sekaligus Pareto-dominated: terdapat alternatif yang menyamai rating-nya dengan biaya IDR 49.620.602 lebih rendah dan permintaan lebih tinggi. Karena itu, langkah pemulihan efisiensi perlu diperlakukan sebagai tahap wajib setiap kali aspiration level ditetapkan pada ukuran pemusatan.
