Perancangan dan Evaluasi Struktural Model Geodatabase Identifikasi Wilayah Pengiriman Berbasis Wilayah Administrasi, Kode Pos, dan Kode Lokasi

Pertukaran data alamat dalam layanan logistik melibatkan informasi wilayah administrasi, kode pos, kode lokasi organisasi, dan zona layanan. Pada model awal, referensi tersebut disimpan sebagai kode gabungan dan atribut permanen pada entitas wilayah sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan redundansi, anomali pemutakhiran, dan ambiguitas antara identitas lokasi dengan perannya sebagai asal atau tujuan pengiriman. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengevaluasi model geodatabase yang memisahkan identitas lokasi, skema kode, kode eksternal, wilayah administrasi, wilayah pos, zona layanan, dan peran lokasi dalam transaksi. Penelitian menggunakan Design Science Research Methodology melalui identifikasi masalah, perumusan persyaratan, perancangan model, demonstrasi, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan secara formatif melalui delapan persyaratan desain, enam skenario sintetis, dan pemetaan konseptual terhadap standar terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model dapat memisahkan identitas dan peran transaksi, merepresentasikan hubungan wilayah administrasi dan wilayah pos, serta mengelola klasifikasi zona, versi, dan masa berlaku referensi. Penelitian belum menerapkan artefak pada basis data fisik atau menguji ketepatan identifikasi lokasi dan kinerja logistik pada lingkungan operasional.
