Abstract

Perkembangan sektor logistik menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran operasional pergudangan guna mendukung distribusi barang kepada pelanggan. PT BGR Logistik Indonesia Kantor Wilayah DKI Jakarta sebagai penyedia jasa Third Party Logistics (3PL) menghadapi kendala pada proses outbound di Gudang E yang ditunjukkan oleh total waktu aktual sebesar 51,5 menit, melebihi estimasi waktu standar sebesar 40 menit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi aktual proses outbound, mengidentifikasi pemborosan (waste) yang terjadi, serta merumuskan usulan perbaikan menggunakan pendekatan Lean Warehousing. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan tiga informan, dan dokumentasi perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Value Stream Mapping (VSM) dan Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga jenis waste, yaitu waste motion, waste waiting, dan waste overprocessing dengan nilai PCE current state sebesar 57,3%. Penyusunan future state VSM menghasilkan peningkatan nilai PCE menjadi 70,2% melalui penyederhanaan proses dari 14 tahapan (51,5 menit) menjadi 12 tahapan (42 menit), sehingga terjadi penghematan waktu sebesar 9,5 menit. Penelitian menghasilkan enam usulan perbaikan yang berfokus pada pengurangan pemborosan untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional outbound secara berkelanjutan.
