Emisi Gas Rumah Kaca Industri Konstruksi di Indonesia: Sumber dan Strategi Mitigasi

Sektor konstruksi merupakan salah satu kontributor penting terhadap emisi gas rumah kaca dan jejak karbon global, terutama melalui produksi material konstruksi, penggunaan energi selama proses pembangunan, serta aktivitas transportasi material. Peningkatan pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia turut meningkatkan kontribusi sektor ini terhadap emisi karbon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sumber utama emisi gas rumah kaca dan carbon footprint pada sektor konstruksi serta mengidentifikasi berbagai strategi mitigasi yang dilaporkan dalam literatur ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan menganalisis 50 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2015–2025 dan diperoleh dari database ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, MDPI, ResearchGate, OpenAlex, serta beberapa jurnal terindeks Scopus dan SINTA menggunakan kata kunci “greenhouse gas emissions”, “carbon footprint”, “construction industry”, dan “construction”. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sumber utama emisi berasal dari produksi material berintensitas karbon tinggi seperti semen dan baja, penggunaan alat berat berbahan bakar fosil, serta transportasi material konstruksi. Strategi mitigasi yang banyak direkomendasikan meliputi penerapan konsep green building, penggunaan material rendah karbon, pengembangan semen rendah karbon, serta penerapan konstruksi sirkular untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya dan menurunkan emisi karbon.
