Abstract

Cimahi City is an area with a high population density and has quite complete health service infrastructure, such as hospitals, health centers, and clinics. This condition requires an information system that can present spatial data on the distribution of health facilities accurately and easily accessible. This study aims to map the distribution of health service facilities in Cimahi City, analyze their distribution patterns, and determine the service capacity of each health facility in Cimahi City. The method used is spatial analysis based on a web-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS), with coordinate data obtained through field surveys, coordinate plotting, and direct interviews. Spatial data is then processed using QGIS software and qgis2web plugins and then published through the GitHub and Netlify platforms. The results of the study show that the distribution of health facilities in Cimahi City generally forms a clustered distribution pattern. North Cimahi District has a uniform distribution pattern, while Central Cimahi and South Cimahi tend to be random. There are 51 health facilities with a total capacity of 13,150 visitors per day, compared to a population of 568,400 people, resulting in a capacity ratio of 2.31%. Based on the average score of the usability test, it got a value of 80% which shows that the WebGIS that has been created is feasible to use.
