Perancangan Aplikasi Pemesanan Menu Berbasis Website Pada Tanggul Kopi Banda Aceh

Tanggul Kopi is a culinary business specializing in providing food and beverages. Currently, many culinary establishments still use a manual ordering process, especially coffee shops. Coffee shop owners experience difficulties in providing fast and accurate ordering services, resulting in frequent errors and late delivery. This issue necessitates the development of an application to simplify the ordering process and manage menus at Tanggul Kopi. This website was designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system development process was carried out using the Agile method, which allows developers to be iterative and flexible. This research resulted in a website-based application that functions to support the ordering process at Tanggul Kopi Banda Aceh. This application is designed to simplify customer ordering and assist admins in efficiently managing menus and order data. To evaluate the system's functionality, blackbox testing was conducted. This method is used to verify the suitability of the system's output to the given input without looking at the internal structure of the program code. Testing was conducted on all available features in the application. The test results showed that all features functioned well and met the specified functionality standards, thus the system was declared fit for use.
