Abstract

PT X adalah merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi barang dan bergantung pada keandalan fasilitas gedung untuk menjaga proses produksi berjalan lancar. Keandalan fasilitas gedung ini dipengaruhi oleh kinerja Tim Building yang bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan dan perbaikan. Karena sifat pekerjaan yang tidak rutin dan berdasarkan permintaan, beban kerja para operator sering berubah-ubah, sehingga diperlukan perencanaan tenaga kerja yang didasarkan pada analisis beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja nyata dari para operator di Tim Building PT X dan membuat skenario workforce planning dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis beban kerja. Metode penelitian mencakup pengukuran waktu kerja, perhitungan waktu kerja yang efektif, serta evaluasi kapasitas kerja menggunakan Full Time Equivalent. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pada Skenario 2, dengan tiga operator dan beban kerja sekitar 200 jam, diperoleh FTE sekitar 284% dan masih terdapat keterlambatan selama 16 jam. Di Skenario 3, dengan dukungan tim tambahan dan lembur yang direncanakan, FTE mencapai 384% dan semua tugas dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu, sehingga efisiensi mengurangi keterlambatan mencapai 100%.
